This training session is led by our Customer Onboarding Specialists and will cover the basic steps in using the Everest Platform. Attendees will see how to navigate the Everest platform, learn about its key features and functionality and find out more about the steps they need to take in order to start using the platform effectively.
- Understand the basic functionality of each of the Everest Solutions
- Navigate and utilize the functionality of the Help Centre
Navigate the Everest Platform and its Pre-Send, In-Flight, and Monitoring features, including:
- Account Settings, Dashboards and Alerts
- Seed List Optimizer and Inbox Placement Monitoring
- Monitoring Reputation and Tracking Sender Reputation
- Design and Content Testing and Preview
- List Validation
Duration: 60 Minutes
